             Resolved – (1) That an Ad Hoc Appeals Sub-Committee be appointed having the functions set out in the document “Swindon Council Constitution 2010/11” and comprising Councillors John Ballman, Andrew Bennett, Mavis Childs, Melanie Duff, Bill Morton, Rochelle Russell and John Short.
