Councillor Wright: ‘I support option 1. Whilst I acknowledge the aspirations outlined in 3.9 I do not think they are relevant to the current crisis and need. I will be pleased to see the Wyvern reopened and wait and see if the Cultural Quarter becomes a reality. It has already been moved once, who knows what the future will deliver.’
