(ii) Wiltshire and Swindon Minerals and Waste Development Control Policies: Publication and Consultation on Submission Draft – Minute 15 of the Cabinet.

To approve the appointment of representatives to Outside Bodies and to note the appointment of Member Champions by the Council’s Political Groups.

To receive a report on (i) the meetings of the Cabinet held on 16^th April, 11^th June and 3^rd July, 2008, and (ii) on decisions taken by Cabinet Members under their delegated powers in April, May and June 2008. Members have the opportunity to question Cabinet Members on decisions they have made under delegated powers (copies of Decision Notices and Related Reports are set out in the Background Papers Pack).

To receive a report on the meeting of the Standards Committee held on 14^th April 2008.

To receive a report on the meetings of the Audit Committee held on 22^nd April and 24^th June 2008.

To receive a report on issues considered at meetings of the Council’s Overview and Scrutiny Committees between April and July 2008.

To receive a report on the meetings of the Planning Committee held between April and June 2008 and planning statistics between April and May 2008.                   

To receive a report on issues considered at the meetings between April and June 2008, by the Appeals Committee, Education Transport Appeals Sub-Committee, Appointments Committee, Chief Officer Appointments Sub-Committee, Deputy Chief Officer Appointments Sub-Committee, Licensing Committee, Licensing Panel, Ad-hoc Licensing Sub-Committee, Private Hire and Hackney Carriage Licensing Sub-Committee and Footpath and Rights of Way Committee.

To receive a report on issues considered by Children Services Bodies between April and June 2008.

To receive the minutes of the meeting of the Wiltshire Fire Authority held on 29^th May 2008.  There are no minutes of meetings of the Police Authority. To receive any oral report from the Council’s representatives serving on those bodies.
