Application to Vary Premises Licence - Midcounties Co-operative, Cavendish Square, Swindon Additional documents: Minutes: The Council’s Interim Licensing Officer reported that the applicant of the variation of the Premises Licence of the Midcounties Co-operative, Cavendish Square, Swindon, had requested a deferment in order to allow the attendance of a legal representative.
The Panel determined that consideration of the application for a variation of the Premises Licence of the Midcounties Co-operative, Cavendish Square, Swindon be deferred to allow the applicant to be represented.

In order to allow the applicant to be formally represented and in order to ensure a fair hearing. |
