Purpose of Committee
The Planning Committee makes decisions in relation to
planning applications, enforcement notices and tree preservation
orders. Not all
planning matters are referred to the Committee for
decision. Many are
determined by Council Officers under delegated powers. For full details of all the
planning applications determined by the Council see planning
