Notice is given in accordance with The Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Meetings and Access to Information) (England) Regulations 2012 that it is the intention of the Cabinet to discuss this item in private with the press and public excluded. The reason for this item to be taken in private is that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972 and that the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information.
