                        Resolved - That the Minutes of the meetings held on 27 January and 24 February 2009 be confirmed and signed.

            The Chair explained that she had asked that the minutes of 27^th January 2009 to be withdrawn, as she had not been consulted on the draft and wished to ensure that all actions were included.

            Resolved - That consideration of the Minutes of the meeting on 27^th January 2009 be deferred until the next meeting.
