Resolved – (1) That permission to develop be granted in respect of application numbered S/15/337 subject to the conditions set out in the Committee report and subject to condition no. 9 being amended to read 21:00 hrs.

Additional documents: Minutes: The Head of Planning, Regulatory Services, Heritage and Libraries submitted a report seeking the Committee’s approval to apply to the Secretary of State’s Direction to remove deemed consent to display advertising on telephone kiosks in Swindon Town Centre. Resolved – That this Committee authorises the Head of Planning, Regulatory Services, Heritage and Libraries in consultation with the Director of Law and Democratic Services to apply to the Secretary of State to remove deemed consent for advertisements using a Direction under the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) (England) Regulations 2007 |
