Resolved – That the minutes of the meetings held on 15 and 17 December 2010 be confirmed and signed as a correct record.

            On consideration of (a) a report of the Group Director Children setting out education transport appeals that officers could not determine under delegated authority, and (b) the comments and written submissions of parents.
