Resolved –That, subject to the agreement of the Council, and effective from 1st February 2009, Wellington Street, Havelock Square and Regent Street within the Borough of Swindon and currently listed as Consent streets, (with the exception of the open area contained within a projection made from the side wall of 75 Regent Street onto the front of 18-19 Regent Street and the boundary between 19a and 19d Regent Street, projected onto 73 Regent Street, which shall remain as a Consent street) be given a new designation as Prohibited streets, that is streets where street trading is prohibited. |
