            The Head of Licensing submitted a report setting out reforms proposed by the Government within the Policing and Crime Bill 2008.

            Resolved - That the Head of Licensing be authorised to write to the Home office, with copies to the Members of Parliament for North and South Swindon, setting out the Council’s response on the Bill, as set out in the Licensing Manager’s report and including the observations of Members made at this meeting.
