Members are reminded that at the start of the meeting they should declare any known interests in any matter to be considered, and also during the meeting if it becomes apparent that they have an interest in the matters being discussed.
Minutes:
The Chair reminded Members of the need to declare any known interests in any matters to be considered at the meeting. Councillor Sinead Darker made a non-prejudicial declaration of interest in respect of Agenda Item No. 6 in her capacity as a Ward Councillor for the Ward in which one of the appellants lived. As she had no previous involvement with the appellant, Councillor Darker remained in the room and participated fully in the discussions relating to these appeals.
