- Councillor Rochelle Russell - Non Prejudicial - Councillor Rochelle Russell made a non prejudicial declaration of interest in respect of Agenda Item No. 6 as she was a Councillor for the Ward in which one of the appellants lived but that she had not had any previous contact with that appellant.
